from this site is representing that he or she is acting in compliance with his
or her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery
of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he or she is 21 years old
or older and has obtained any required licenses, permission, paid any required
fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is
legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages and is legally
entitled to take quantities ordered.

Sales Tax
Wholesale orders are not subject to Slaes Tax. Excise tax is paid by the wholesaler and is included in the price listed.
Bottle Handling Fee
Oklahoma Wine & Spirits includes an additional fee of One Dollar ($1) per bottle for any split cases ordered when said case contains either 750 ml, 1.0 L or 1.75 L bottles. A bottle-handling fee of Fifty Cents ($.50) per bottle applies to all smaller sizes.
Price Discrepancies
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We do not honor any
typographical errors in our prices and there are no additional discounts on
sale items.
We
are not responsible for typographical errors, human error or supplier price
increases.
Availability
Although we are usually able to process orders expeditiously, occasionally
demand for a particular product will deplete our inventory. In this instance,
the item will be placed on backorder or, in the case of limited-release/allocated items, the order will be cancelled.

Defective
Merchandise
Upon reception of the order, the customer has 5 business days to report
defective products to Oklahoma Spirits & Wine. If the product is defective, customer may return the merchandise for
replacement or refund.

Disputes

to confidential arbitration in Oklahoma City, OK, except that, to the extent
you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Oklahoma Spirits &
Wine's intellectual property rights, Oklahoma Spirits & Wine may seek
injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the
state of Oklahoma, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such
courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules
then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award
shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration
under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other
party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings
or otherwise.
