From Grenache grapes grown on poor, stony soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountains, harvested in the first half of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 71 and 79F (22C and 26C) with 7 to 12 days maceration. Fresh, ripe cherry and plum aromas lead to a juicy fruit palate with hints of spice, light tannins and balanced acidity.
