100% Grenache grapes grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. The grapes undergo six hours cold maceration for the must to achieve a delicate color; followed by slow temperature-controlled fermentation at 63F (17C) in stainless steel tanks. Delicate pink color with aromas of ripe berry fruit and strawberry. Dry, approachable and well-balanced, with more appealing juicy strawberry fruit and a creamy mouthfeel.
